How can we help you?
General
We are also reachable outside the reception’s opening hours. This telephone number is intended for emergencies only outside opening hours. You can reach us by phone 24/7 at +31 561 206800.
Yes, you can order bread rolls via this link or the Q R code in the park booklet. Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be freshly baked the next day. The delicious sandwiches will be delivered to your accommodation.
If you have left belongings in the accommodation, please report this within 48 hours. After this period, we unfortunately have to dispose of the items. Please let us know your accommodation number so we can return the items to you. The shipping costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Accommodation
All accommodations on the park are non-smoking. If we find that smoking has occurred during your stay, the security deposit will be withheld.
First, check if the TV is set to HDMI1 using the source or input button on the remote. If the signal is still poor or the TV is malfunctioning, carefully rotate the Digitenne box on the wall to improve reception. If your TV only shows channels 1, 2, and 3, use the Digitenne remote menu to search for channels again (channel search → Automatic search). If the problem persists, please contact us – we are happy to help.
The thermostat may automatically turn off the heating at night if no movement is detected in the accommodation, which is environmentally friendly and saves energy. If the thermostat keeps beeping, this may be caused by moisture or condensation. Wipe the thermostat with a dry cloth to stop the beeping. Please contact us if the problem persists.
Arrival & Stay
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.
If you arrive after opening hours, please inform us in advance and we will prepare the key for you. If you depart outside opening hours, you can leave the keys together with the completed park magazine in the mailbox at the reception.
Two vehicles may be parked at your accommodation. We kindly ask you to provide your license plate numbers in advance, so you can access the park without any issues. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the general car park. Loading and unloading at the accommodation is permitted.
At the group accommodation, up to four license plates may be registered.
Boat
Yes, watching the correct instruction video is required before boating. It explains how to operate the boat, sail safely, and dock properly.
You may boat during the designated boating times and follow the routes shown on the navigation map. Please pay attention to traffic signs and instructions on the water. The map clearly indicates where you may and may not go.
The operator must be at least 18 years old. You may only boat during the allowed boating times and in suitable weather conditions. In case of bad weather or special circumstances, boating may be temporarily prohibited. Always follow the instructions of the staff.
Facilities
Yes, bicycles can be rented at the reception. We offer ladies’, men’s, and electric bikes. Prices are available upon request at the reception. You can arrange this at the reception or contact us via +31(0)561-206800.
Yes, you can rent life jackets at the reception. We offer life jackets in various sizes for both children and adults.
Unfortunately, there is no restaurant at the holiday park. In Paasloo, Restaurant ’t Binnenhof is a great option for a nice meal. You can, however, order bread rolls via the QR code in your accommodation.
Surroundings
Yes, a fishing permit is required to fish. Fishing permits are mandatory for almost all inland waters in the Netherlands. You can easily obtain a permit via www.vispas.nl. There are different types of permits, such as day passes or annual passes, depending on how often you plan to fish. Make sure to follow local regulations regarding fishing methods, seasons, and catch limits.
The nearest supermarket is PLUS, located at Hoofdstraat 5, 8375 AK Oldemarkt.

Reservations & Changes
Yes, absolutely. For a preference fee, it is possible to reserve a specific accommodation or book several accommodations next to each other. We are happy to take your preferences into account to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
If your plans change, you may modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with our applicable cancellation conditions. Please feel free to contact us—our team will be happy to assist you and discuss the available options.
We offer weekend, midweek, and week-long stays. If you are interested in a customized stay, this may be possible upon request. Please contact us to explore the options together.
